Return Policy

We are not able to accept returns for leaflets, charts, books, special orders or kits due to copyright laws and agreements between retailers and cross-stitch designers. Due to changes in dye lot, there can be no returns, refunds or exchanges on any stitching fibres. Defective items will be replaced. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us so we can resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
